Renata was a wonderful tour guide. She combined a wealth of knowledge of the Morse/Endeavor/Lewis shows with the history of Oxford. Despite the unseasonably cold and rainy day, she cheerfully showed us around and made the day a joy.

Enjoyed going a bit beyond the tv shows and learning more about the city and its connection to British history.
I liked ending it at The Morse Bar!
One note-I should have brought a little map. I lost my sense of direction.
Tour guide Renata did a wonderful job.

Tom knows his Morse! Not only did he show us many locations from the series, but he know which episode and scene they come from and can practically quote every line. So informative!

Tom was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide who gave us exactly what we wanted without unnecessary and irrelevant facts. We can now rewatch the entire Trilogy, and have the fun of saying "We were there"! Commendable.

Renata was brilliant. Two of the three hadn’t really watched any of the Morse/Lewis/Endeavour series and so she had a difficult balancing act but she managed fabulously. Lots of tv facts interspersed with a history of the city and the University and a bit of Harry Potter thrown in. She was energetic and friendly and we all really enjoyed it (even if the teenager’s face didn’t necessarily register that!).

Peter conducted a well-planned tour that left us wanting more. He noted that we were also interested in the Potter-verse and the Inklings so shared some info about them too. Hearing that we were going to visit Bath he confided that he grew up there and emailed us his Bath what-to-see recommendations. He also sent us emails about the Morse and Potter universes after calling us on the night we did the tour to check if we had any more questions.
His enthusiasm and commentary had us expecting to see Morse, Lewis, Endeavour or Colin Dexter at any moment.
This is a must do for any Morse fan visiting Oxford.

Tom from Visit Oxford Tours was our excellent and very helpful guide for several hours. His remarkable encyclopedic knowledge of Oxford, it’s history through the centuries, and where important scenes from the Inspector Morse, Endeavor and Lewis British detective series were filmed, made for an absolutely delightful afternoon for my wife, recent college graduate daughter and me.

We also visited several locations that were part of the Harry Potter films.

We visited two historic pubs, stepped inside a number of important and beautiful landmarks, and gained a much better sense of the city, the 31 colleges that make up the University, and its unique history.

Thank you Tom!

Highly highly recommended.
