Singapore - bike adventure beyond the concrete jungle

We had a fantastic cycle tour with our guides Samantha and Colin. They are massive nature and wildlife enthusiasts and love sharing their knowledge. They did everything possible to ensure that we saw as much as possible and it was one of the best trips we have been on in a long time.

What an amazing cycle trip. Getting out in the countryside with Samantha and Colin our guides. They put so much thought and effort into ensuring we had a great day. They are both passionate about all things nature and wildlife and shared their knowledge with true enthusiasm. They took amazing photos which they shared with us. One of the best trips we have done in a long time.

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely superb trip. There were 4 of us with Colin and Samantha and they really went out of their way to make it enjoyable and fi d as much wildlife as possible.
My wife was ill on the trip so Samantha stayed with her and looked after her.
They have excellent camera equipment and share their photos, so no need to bring anything other than a phone.

This tour took us to places we wouldn’t think of finding amazing wildlife in Singapore. Our guides, Colin and Samantha, had exceptional eye for spotting them, while taking excellent photos and navigating thru parks and trails. Truly enjoyable. I highly recommend to bring a refillable water bottle in case the day is very hot like how ours started. Bottled water was provided (3 x 500mL) but the weather was really hot during our tour. Good thing that the stop before Coney Island had a water station. Bring snacks and energy shots with you as well. Although it says suitable for any fitness level, it’s best if you’ve rested a lot prior to the tour as it would last for at least 5 hours. Take a high-carb breakfast before heading out - you’ll definitely burn all of it away. All in all: a wonderful experience we wouldn’t hesitate to do again on our next visit to Singapore.

Great day out cycling and discovering local wildlife: kingfishers, owls, monitor lizards, tortoise and more. A chance to see a different aspect of Singapore with knowledgeable guides Collin and Samantha. Mostly flat cycle path. Highly recommend.

This was perhaps the best tour I've ever taken. I travel a lot and go on lots of tours, big groups, small groups, and private. I signed up for this small group tour, which turned out to be just myself and the guides, Colin and Samantha. I believe it was listed as 4 customers being the max for the trip and no cancellation if you were the only one who signed up for the day, and I think those are both excellent policies.

The tour was absolutely unhurried, even to the point of them checking with me if it was okay to go a little longer than the stated end time. They pointed out many birds, some monitor lizards, and mudskippers, and had binoculars available to use. Not only did I learn so much about the wildlife in Singapore, but also so much about life in Singapore and about various environmental and sustainability government initiatives. I think many people visit Singapore and just see the glitzy Marina Bay and Orchard Rd type areas but, for people who are less interested in shopping and relaxing, I would highly recommend this trip. Colin also shared suggestions of other interesting outdoors areas to see, such as the Botanical Gardens, which I visited the following day and enjoyed immensely!

Almost forgot to mention, the bike and helmet provided were of great quality and in excellent condition. I just hate it when you sign up for a bike tour and the bike has questionable brakes, or only 1 gear, and this was not the case for this trip thankfully!

Take this trip, even if you aren't a bird or wildlife enthusiast, you won't regret it!

I can't say enough about what a great tour this was with Colin and Samantha. They are avid bird watchers and nature lovers so biking this tour is guaranteed to see some interesting wildlife. For my tour, Samantha rode ahead looking for interesting birds to see while Colin stayed with me talking about Singapore and the wildlife in the park: roosters, monkeys, birds, otters, snakes, etc.

I was looking for a bike tour that was not in the tourist part of Singapore and let me see a part of the city that many visitors do not experience. I was not disappointed. Colin and Samantha were friendly, knowledgeable, and came equipped with everything I needed for a great ride. I highly recommend this tour.

It was an interesting ride. Along the way, our host, Colin would stop and point us to the various wildlife including a family of spotted wood owls, crested goshawk, kingfishers, long-tailed shrike and many others. Co-host Sam was also basic first-aid equipped. I took a corner too sharply and fell with some minor abrasions. Colin was careful to ensure my elbows were ok before continuing our journey. Light snacks and chilled drinks were provided which was really refreshing on a hot day. Colin and Sam were excellent hosts. I strongly recommend this trip.
