Very clean, courteous and quiet. After 24 hours of flight you do not feel like taking the subway or bus and this is the best way to travel.

It was greatly appreciated that the Private Transfer company in Japan actually called/texted me to confirm details with me the day before our arrival and that they track our flights for any delays or changes to original flight arrival times. They also have a 90 min, no charge wait time for any delays going thru customs.

I received a confirmation text from the manager, David, the day before we’re leaving for Japan. He walked me through the process and sent me continuous updates throughout. He sent a picture of where the driver was waiting holding a sign with my name standing a few feet away from the crowd which was really helpful because there were a lot of drivers holding a sign. The ride was clean and the driver was nice but unfortunately can’t speak English so we were not able to ask him any questions. I still gave him a tip even if it’s not customary as I liked my overall experience with them. Overall, I recommend this company. David sent a follow up message after the drop off and also informed me of other transportation services they provide. I’ll definitely book with them again. Thanks!

In the past I’ve had some issues with airport transfers but this transfer went flawlessly. The vender made contact with me a few days beforehand (using WhatsApp) and some good useful information and instructions were provided. Upon landing, I contacted them (using WhatsApp) as instructed and was given information to help make our meeting of the drive as smooth as possible. After completing Immigration and Customs, I was sent a series of photos to follow that led us to our driver outside the terminal, and near the parking structure. What a brilliant and easy way to find your driver is a very busy and crowded arrival area. After meeting our driver, it was a smooth and stress free ride to our hotel. A five star process in my book.

Driver took very good care packing and organizing luggage, which included 4 large bags and 4 carry-on rollers, in the van. Van was very clean and ride was smooth.

The driver was polite, helpful and the company gave clear instructions. This made it so much easier to reach our Airbnb in a random side street in the city with our group of 9.
