Horrible experience. SCAMMERS!!!!
Do not contract service with this company. They don't comply. They arrive late, they don't wait for you, I had to look for them. And by partially refusing to accept the service, they abandon us, give no explanation, the agency does not respond and they cut off the phone.
Who receives us from the beginning rude.
Before arriving I receive a message asking us not to delay shopping or exchanging money, arguing that it is not convenient. And someone would also be waiting for us at the exit.
When I arrived at the airport, I left and there was no one, I had to search among the other companies who kindly found the manager who was arriving late and treating us very reluctantly, immediately demanding the reservation code and taking a photo of the number with that code, they certify that They performed the service and thus can charge for it. The reservation was made by mytransfer and paid for by the platform, so with that code they verify
They made me wait. The service is contracted with a baby chair. When they arrive (dp of us having to look for the company and wait for the driver. We realize that they come without the requested baby seat. Obviously they did not respond, they stood there doing nothing. Zero explanations. We demand the baby seat, they say they will take it to bring, dp 20 minutes the driver leaves so when asking the manager, he reluctantly says 25 minutes (meaning that it would take 25 minutes to bring it) after 25 minutes and at the end.
Demanding explanations says 25 minutes round trip. To which we got upset and had to look for another company that had a chair, they kindly provided us with the service. But Solanch transportation did not take charge, no one answered the phone, the person who received us refused to communicate with the manager. And when we managed to communicate with the person in charge, she cut off our phone.

They might be cheap but they were 30 minutes late both ways; at the airport and at the hotel. They use regular minivans and the one from the hotel to the airport was a very old one, we thought the van was gonna break in. The driver was a maniac too.
Stay away from them.

I hired this company to pick me and my family up from the airport and from the Resort when it was our time to depart. Jephthe was in communication the whole time when we all arrived on different airlines. He made sure to locate all family and got us to our destination. He went above and beyond helping me get one of my brother’s reservations modified to add two more travelers. I tried to modify booking but it wouldn't allow me to. I immediately called Jephthe to see if he could help us out and he did. I am also traveling back using this company and will highly recommend their services to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

The service could never be carried out and I urgently request a refund of the payment.
A person was waiting for us at the airport who was not the driver, but was a very rude person who wanted to forcefully sell us sim cards and excursions. Which of course we didn't buy from him.
He said to wait for the driver who was about to arrive in 10 minutes. Half an hour or more passed and the driver never showed up. I would have been afraid to get into the car of such an unpleasant character.
Finally I preferred to pay the transfer again to another person at the time. That's why I strongly ask that no one hire them if they don't want to ruin their vacation.

Solanch travel made a mistake on my pick up time from our hotel. My flight departure was 3:45 PM and they wanted to pick me up at 8:30 AM. I tried to cancel they would not and after I had called them and email them and texted them they would not return any of my communications would not refund my money so I had to make other arrangements with a taxi company and pay double. I would not refer this transfer company to anyone very poor service. And when you would talk to someone, it would be like talking to them in their home, there was no office phone number , so be careful

Very very dangerous driving with alcohol.
Music loud and the driver sings and whistles throughout the journey (1h30!)
Guaranteed heartache and headache.

The return trip from the hotel to the airport was voted for, a guy was contacted, I think he was Haitian and he never answered us, even though the trips had already been cancelled, no one took responsibility, I sent wsp, but no one answered. tuvimps to pay an additional 70 dollars, very bad experience

The rime but will never use this device again. Wasted 3 hrs of my time and vacation!!

Disappointing.
Transfer from the airport to the hotel was fine.
We were contacted by them by WhatsApp on the day of the transfer back to the airport at the end of the holiday, to arrange the collection time and location.
We waited for 45 mins and messaged/tried phoning them. No response at all (& no response to this date). In the end had to pay out for another Taxi

Hey do you have wonderful experience with this young man waiting for my wife and I at the airport so helpful so polite. The only thing was sad for us before we left he was sick but I still communicate with him such a great young guy and his name is Jephthé Toussaint. The company he worked for it's a good company but he made the company look even better. The vehicles are very clean everybody is very professional it was a great great experience. I will recommend them 100%. Hopefully we go back and we're going to call them again thank you everybody.
