I would highly recommend this trip. Being on a small group tour is much better than a large one. Our driver Robbie, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Cotswolds and Oxford are beautiful and despite the rainy cold weather we still saw plenty of things. Lunch at The Turf Tavern in Oxford was great, as was the afternoon tea in Burberry. Would have liked more time in Oxford, there’s a lot to see and it has a good energy about it but we knew this was a limited tour. For next time I would drive and stay a couple of days down there. However, if you’re like us and only have a short time, then this tour is great. It was a little tricky finding where the bus was at the start, so leave time to do this.

I loved this tour, small group very engaging and quite informative. Amir, was awesome he really had great knowledge of the areas we visited and a pretty funny personality. His music playlist was just what I wanted to hear.

The description of the trip did not specify about the tickets to be pre booked for the church where parts of Harry Potter movie were shot
These things need to be specified so that people don’t miss out like we did
It shouldn’t be assumed that everyone knows

Our tour guide Damian was great. funny, kind and a great driver. My comments are not at all about him but about the structure and timing of the tour. I give the tour 3 stars as it really felt rushed. The description accurately describes the time spent in each location, so maybe my fault for not thinking about the drive time vs being in the towns. I think you’d be better off just doing Oxford for the day, or at most Oxford and one Cotswold town. This was just too rushed.

Absolutely beautiful! Damien was a great guide. Only wish there was more time in each location. Not the fault of the tour. Due to travel to and from it can't be helped.

The trip is exactly as described, no better, no worse. The driver is your "tour guide" and the commentary is limited to "things about London" (when you are driving out of London) and the same information about Oxford and the two small towns that are on the website. In Oxford you are given a printed map with a suggested walking tour. In Buford the driver tells you his favorite places to get local sweets and how to find the local church (about the only thing actually worth seeing.) Two hours is simply not enough time to see Oxford - - we did the suggested walking tour, stopped in a bookstore, got something to eat so that we could use the facilities and that was about it. Buford is principally a tourist town for those interested in shopping or eating. Bibury is not worth 45 minutes - - 20 minutes at most. Cute place to take photos and stretch your legs. This tour operator does not provide passengers with water (we also took a small group tour to Stonehenge and that operator provided everyone with water.) Also, while most certainly not the tour company or the tour guide's fault, we ran into some really really heavy traffic out of London that made for an especially long day. To the driver's credit, he did not shortchange us on the stops.

Our driver, Barry, was excellent and very helpful. On the way to the meeting place to leave we were in a taxi in traffic trying to get there by 9:15 am. Got there in time but appreciated the call from the company checking to be sure we were coming and informing the driver we were on our way. Long but enjoyable day.

On 6/30 we did a tour with our amazing driver, Amir. His commentary was full of interesting tidbits and info. His driving was excellent. His music taste-perfection! We had a great experience in the Cotswolds and in Oxford. Not enough time to see all, but just enough to get a taste to want to go back!
