This guy runs a half assed business. I called him 8 times, on different days, to inquire about renting a motorcycle. He never picked up the phone once. I left him a message and did eventually end up getting a call back from Mike, the owner. We spoke about renting a Road Glide for one day. He told me there were no Road Glides available the week I’d be there, even though his website showed that there were 3 available for each of the 7 days I was in Sedona. Then he proceeds to tell me that he doesn’t bother to update the website. Next he tells me he has 2 business’s, Eagle Rider and Iron Horse Freedom. To make things more confusing, both businesses are essentially the same business, run out of the same building, renting out the same motorcycle’s. They each have their own websites, with different prices and different availability. After looking through his available motorcycles, Mike mentioned that he thinks he would have a Street Glide available on a Sunday, the week I would be there. I told him I would rent that and asked what website I should use for the rental. He said either one would be fine being that they are basically the same place. I tried booking for that Sunday on the Eagle Rider website, but Sunday’s were all greyed out on the calendar, and would not let me book it. I checked on the Iron Horse Freedom website and the Sunday wasn’t greyed, but it didn’t even list the Street Glide I was supposed to rent, only a Street Glide Touring edition, and the prices were different. At this point I didn’t really feel comfortable just trying to book, without speaking to Mike again. I called him back within 10 minutes of our initial conversation, and big surprise, no answer. I left a message and this time never got a call back. I stopped by his business when I was in Sedona to try and book a rental. There was a sign in the door that said, “Gone for a ride, be back at 3pm”. This was at 2:30pm, during business hours, and there was no on there I could even speak to. I sent him a text, being that the sign on the door said to call or text. Once again, never got a reply. I don’t typically go out of my way to leave reviews, but this guy is ignorant and obviously couldn’t care less about potential customers. Save your self some headaches and go else where for your motorcycle rentals.

This is a can’t miss experience! Take 89A South to Jerome and then through the mountains to Prescott. The views back are breathtaking beautiful. Mike was friendly and accommodating! I 1000% recommend! (Be sure to fill the bike up before you return)

This topped off and made the trip to Sedona. The Owner took us around and showed us some of his favorite places which would take days or weeks to find. Lose the car and grab a bike. You will be treated like family and see Sedona, Cottonwood and Jerome better.
