Group of 19. The tour operator was just outside of the baggage claim secure area with a name sign. They were very friendly and helped with luggage. We had three drivers, and they were very accommodating with our schedule adjustments. Highly recommend this tour tor pre-cruise transfer to Civitavecchia.

We were supposed to be picked up at the airport in Rome for an English speaking tour of the city before being dropped off at our cruise ship. The driver was over an hour late even arriving to the airport so being in a foreign country unable to communicate in the native language, unfamiliar with the airport and having no idea where to go or what to do was a distressing start to say the least. Then once our driver did arrive he didn't speak ANY english. We had booked an English speaking tour! We had to communicate via Google translate on our phones and he pulled up English Wikipedia explanations of what we were looking at. We paid A LOT of money for this tour - more than double, approaching triple, what we paid for any tour anywhere in Europe over the next two weeks. DO NOT book this if you do not speak Italian and especially if you are relying on it as the start of a great vacation.

Fabio was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient and his English was excellent. He’s a master at driving through very tight streets and his timing was impeccable. Our flight was delayed and we were stuck in the immigration line for over an hour but he waited and was exactly where he said he would be. We traveled with 8 people (ages 11 to 83) and the transfers and tour went as smoothly as one could ask for.

Giovanni was so nice and took us wherever we needed to go. Very prompt and courteous and we had no trouble from pickup to drop off.

The driver was prompt and professional. However, one of our main stops/destinations (Vatican) was intentionally skipped by the driver because of “high traffic” in the region. The pope is scheduled to give a speech next week so the setup made for a more congested area. Since the tour was for 5hours we had plenty of time, but wasn’t given a choice.😔

Our tour guide and driver, Fabio, was very accommodating and we were able to see all the sites we wanted to see in Rome in a very limited amount of time. He even took us to additional places that he thought we would enjoy seeing. We highly recommend this tour!

Our driver was just outside the FCO arrivals waiting for us, making it an easy pickup. He scurried us to Rome to make the most of our time before returning us to the port. We saw everything in a short amount of time. Really need a full day for Rome sights but for the time we had, we saw a lot with the experience of the driver knowing lots of backroads and ways around traffic.

It met our expectations for seeing Rome before our cruise. We were taken to all the major city highlights for photo opportunities. Only recommendation is we didn't know that we could have booked entry to some for the sites if we had wanted to. For us we were happy with just quick stops and photos though. Guide was nice and offered some dialog on the tour but it was fairly minimal. Again ok for us and what we were looking for but it didn't exceed expectations. You should also be aware that the drive from the city to the cruise ship port takes about an hour.
