Prague Old town is easily to walk around, with plenty of interest along the way.
I would recommend doing some research before you travel to help you plan and increase your enjoyment of the town.
I have Coeliac Disease, so have a very restricted diet, but I had no problems eating out as most caterers understood my requirements of no cross-contamination with gluten containing food. In fact quite a few restaurants are dedicated Gluten Free.

I was looking for a self guided tour in Prague with some tasks to do while getting to know the city more. With this tour you download it on a mobile device and then go through the route with your own pace. There is a story that you follow through the route and you need to answer some questions to earn points. I have lived in Prague for some time, but with this tour I was able to get some new info and enjoy the walk in the Old city with the family.
We used a text version. Now I think that audio guided one would have been even a better choice
