Cooking School is located right inside Triana Food Market. We offer daily food market tours and cooking classes.
During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.

I took my 2 daughters (8, and 11), my mom, and mother in law to this cooking class and it was such a fun time! Not only did Chef Don show us how to make delicious Sevillan gazpacho, spinach and garbanzo beans, and paella we got a nice tour of the Triana food market by Sabrina. It was a very nice touch! Would recommend it to anyone!

Really fun experience. Tour of the market with Kai was really interesting and cooking class was super fun and well-paced. Food was delicious! Definitely recommend!

What an amazing class! We are so glad we did this and chose Taller Andaluz de Cocina. We had fantastic instructors and started with a great visit to the market. Learned about saffron, smoked paprika, the meats and vegetables we used. Class was just the right size with a total of 12 of us. Everyone was able to participate. Having never made paella before I came in very intimidated. After our amazing class we are already planning our Spanish party and have bought a paella pan and burner! Came away knowing a lot of great cooking insights, made great new friends and we ate our prepared meal which was fantastic! I cannot recommend this class enough. This is an absolute “must do” for your trip to Seville!

I took this class and market tour with my mom and cousin (ages 67, 54, and 37) and it was a highlight of our trip! The food was delicious, we learned a lot, and enjoyed the activity together. I would definitely recommend this for all travelers, particularly those traveling with a group of diverse ages!

A fabulous couple of hours spent learning about the food from the area and how to cook traditional dishes.
Meeting at the Mercado de Triana, we were guided through some of the market products used and then we helped prepare and make our lunch !
We made three courses
Paella being the main dish !
We enjoyed our time talking, drinking and eating and will be a memorable experience of our time spent in Seville!
If you can, try and spend a couple of hours with the lovely Leo - and team-and enjoy!

I just took this class (with Triana market tour) with the family and it was awesome and fun. First off, the dishes we cooked there tasted much better than versions we got in local Spanish restaurants. Great Recipes! Delicious! The staff were so nice, humorous and informative. The recipes we took home are easy to follow and we were able to greatly impress our friends at home with an authentic Spanish dinner party we prepared ourselves. Pro tip: buy the saffron and also the sweet, smoked paprika in Spain.

Such a great experience. Pedro and Kai were so much fun, very knowledgeable and funny. You make so much food you are stuffed by the end and that includes drinks as well. Everyone was so friendly and overall just had the best time ever. Also the BEST paella ever.

This market tour and class was brilliant fun and well worthwhile. Learning to cook gazpacho and paella correctly was superb, Chef Pedro took us through every step brilliantly and the cava and limón ice cream slushy for a dessert was a great way to wash down the jugs of Sangria that accompanied the meal. Highly recommended
