Had a night mare with tickets ,had an email sending us to a hotel to collect our tickets ,got there they new nothing about it.They were very helpful and contacted the tour company ,got a new email saying tickets would be sent to my phone ,they came and so we thought we were sorted .We arrived at the gardens ticket office no 4 as instructed they couldn't recognise the bar code sent ,we needed a QR Zcode we were very lucky that the lad in the ticket office was extremely helpful and gave us hand written entry,a complete nightmare and made us worry about our future trips
