Terrible service, the guide seemed to be in a hurry, the headphones were useless, they ran out of batteries. The guide sent my 12-year-old son to pick up another audio guide and they didn't wait for us. We lost more than half of the explanation. We changed the audio 3 incredible times. I really don't recommend it with this guide. 👎

Had small expectations, but it turned out to be a great experience. We arrived 10 minutes earlier and everyone from our group was also on time. We got inside after 10 more minutes. Our guide was well informed and answered all our questions. After the tour we stayed and we visited the museum (very interesting facts about Gaudi and the basilica). Quite expensive compared with the "official" tickets ( which were sold out for the next 10 days ), but overall it was worthed.

Sagrada is a wonderful piece from Gaudi. The church was beautiful. We did not go upstairs. You must buy skip line tour. All women were wearing short clothes. Though it was written that small clothes are not allowed. We did notice lot of women wearing skirts and shorts

Great way to experience the Sagrada Familia. I enjoyed hearing about the history of the building and having some of the amazing details pointed out.
Make sure you go the museum afterwards too!

This is a must visit place when you come to Barcelona. The rich history and attention to detail by the architect Gaudi is breathtaking. Our guide Cristina was very knowledgeable and led us through the tour like a pro!

They canceled our tour the day before with no explanation, and tried to reschedule us at a time we couldn’t go. Don’t make times available for tours if you don’t intend to honor those tickets. Still waiting on my refund.

They canceled my tour the day beforehand and wouldn’t provide an option to rebook that fit in my schedule. This tour had been booked for MONTHS and the disregard for this was extremely frustrating.

I was really looking forward to this tour as this whole trip was planned around visiting the Sacrada Familia. I was worried that the group size would be a negative but with the ear piece in it didn't matter at all. The guide was great. She gave us lots of information and made it so interesting and explained things clearly. I loved it. What a place!
