This was perfect for us- a smooth quiet ride around the canals. On a hot day the gondolas seemed- too hot. This allowed for an extended tour of much more than we would have seen otherwise on a once in a lifetime trip to Venice. Our 10year old son particularly loved it.

This was a relaxing way to spend the afternoon and seeing areas we would have never found on our own. Our guide was great in that he shared info when appropriate and answered our questions, but also allowed us to just take everything in. Highly recommend.

What fun! We had a group of 4 - we joined 2 other friendly people for a fun ride through the lagoon, learned about what we were looking at, cruised around canals in all the siestres. Venice has such a peaceful relaxed energy. Such nice people. Being on the water takes the edge off the heat. Our captain had a good sense of humor. There was a mix up at the beginning but they solved it with a smile. You can’t be stressed in Venice!

THIS IS A MUST DO TOUR - THE ONLY WAY TO SEE VENICE!!! Got to see all the neighborhoods around Venice, our driver gave great commentary without overdoing it. Letting us enjoy the sights, ask questions and really see Venice as it should be seen - from the water!!!

Boat was cool but cramped with 6 adults and 2 people had luggage with them.
Not sure these were “hidden canals “ as they seemed to be the same canals everyone else was on … and there was no reason for our direction … just up and down … so kind of random itinerary.

Wonderful tour. Kind of like a relaxing stroll through the back streets. Also, went out in the main waterway to see islands and main sights from a different perspective than being in front of them in the streets. Very enjoyable

The majority of the trip was on lagoon vs canals in Venice. The meeting place did not have steps to access the boat, so I had to climb over the starboard side, step on the soft seat and finally get into the boat. Because we were on the commercial lagoon waterways The seats in the front experienced sprays of water and twice a complete DRENCHING. My iPhone no longer works! There’s no Dock, no docking sign, no person waiting to greet passengers, etc.

Such a great tour! The boat was new and clean. We were taken around hidden canals and places within Venice I probably would haver never seen. The driver was very knowledgeable. Perfect tour length and good fun. Highly recommend.

This was a 4 person + guide trip in an approx. 18-20ft electric boat. It was a wonderful opportunity to visit some of the lesser known canals in Venice. Not every section of Venice is overwhelmed with crowds.
The only very minor disruption in our trip was that occasionally we had to take the Grand Canal to connect to another “hidden canal“. However, this was worth the price to see these treasures of Venice.
