A beautiful young lady was waiting for us with several names printed on a sign. Initially I was confused because we paid for a private transfer. Later, I realized that the young lady was not our driver. She gathered the guests and walked us to our drivers who were waiting for each party. The vehicle was not the most appealing, but we experienced a comfortable ride with a safe and kind driver.

If it’s your first visit, I recommend this service because it eliminates confusion and saves time. We didn’t have ti negotiate any fares or try to communicate our destination. It was all prearranged. Will use again!

I booked online. I arrived with a group from France after an 11 hour trip, but immigration... suitcase... and when the person who looked at me with the group and the suitcases, said that there was no car available for the amount of people . So he kept calling.....calling....so I don't know who to give me an answer. After 30 minutes he told me that I had to wait for the car to come to the airport. 40m to 1hr. I left. I paid for two taxis, I didn't use the service as they were supposed to be waiting for me and not for me to wait for them after this long trip. And they don't respond to me to return the money, because the person who responded to WhatsApp said the car "was at the airport".
Lack of competence. Organization. And respect. 0 professionalism

They were on time (even several minutes early), the driver was friendly, and the vehicle was comfortable and clean.
They contacted me by WhatsApp a few minutes before the time, which made the movement easier.

Do not use this company for transfers! They left me stranded at a bus station, telling me to walk 2 miles to the airport when that wasn't the agreed on plane and they knew my arrival time (worth live location tracking). The taxi I took after 30 minutes of waiting in the heat with a dead phone for a driver that yelled at me via text once my phone was back on for his own mistake had a much nicer interior than the first transfer from this company. If I could rate them a zero, I would!

Dec 2, 2023 - I had to wait at least 45 minutes after getting my luggage. I provide this company with my arrival time 3 weeks in advance. They had a whole list of names of people that had arranged rides through them. They made us all wait until everyone had gathered their luggage which led to my waiting 45 minutes after getting my luggage. That is not what I was expecting and I do not recommend this company. After a long flight and long day, I wanted to get to my hotel immediately yet this company delayed me by at least 45 minutes. On top of waiting 45 minutes for everyone to gather their luggage they had me walk the entire length of the airport to meet at nonexistent person only to have to walk back to the person holding the sign and let them know that there was no one at the end, as stipulated. Do yourself a favor, and book with another company or take a taxi or Uber.

Flight was delayed due to weather. I contacted the company immediately but they failed to notify the driver. They marked me as a no-show and charged me. When I disputed the charge they denied it. Poor communication throughout booking and airline issues. I wouldn't use again. Taxi at the airport turned out being cheaper and a lot less headache.
