This trip has adventure stamped all over it. By quad, camel and 4x4, you’re in for thrills and spills in the Egyptian desert. Zooming over the sands by quad and off-road vehicle, you’ll visit a typical Bedouin encampment, take a camel ride and round off with dinner and a traditional folklore show.
After joining your 4x4, you’ll rumble into Egypt’s mountainous Eastern Desert. After an hour or so, you’ll arrive at a traditional Bedouin tented camp, where your guide will take you to meet these friendly tribespeople, many of whom still live a nomadic lifestyle.
Then it’s time for white-knuckle thrills with a quad bike ride. Pull back the throttle and zoom along the rugged tracks and dunes. Afterwards, take to a more traditional form of transport, climbing onto a camel for a short, sheikh-like ride. Then as the sun disappears behind the mountains, you’ll tuck into a tasty dinner with a side of folkloric music and dancing. A great taste of old Egypt, with a dash of added excitement.

Fantastic afternoon quad biking across the desert, before being taken to the local bedouin village, by jeep. Jeep journey was a little long and bumpy, but well worth it. At the bedouin village we got to see, and taste, the local bread being made. Everyone had the opportunity to ride a camel too! Once back, we drove dune buggies as the sun set. All polished off with a show and a good meal prepared for us.

We went on the quad Safari, which was amazing, the staff explained everything clearly, and the food and show were great.
The snorkelling trip to Orange Bay was brilliant, one of the best days ever.
Also a big shout out to Mo who helped us arrange the days out. He was very helpful and a very nice chap

Fun day out ( if you are ok with the dust !) doing a mini safari in a jeep and quad biking. It is not as extreme or sandy as in Dubai , but quite safe . Food and show were ok . You are quite close to the road and some police building so don’t expect a remote experience. The good side though is that is is just a short 15’ away from most hotels .
I wasn’t expecting also that we would be quite so many for the dinner but I guess that is how they can offer great value for money.

In the summer of 2021, I was in Egypt, where I saw new places that won my heart. I met amazing people, I want to say a special thank you to Mohamed, for showing us the desert and the Bedouins, and putting cool music on the road for us. I will never forget.

Fantastic trek through the desert and a stop off at a Bedouin village , Camel ride and then watch the sun go down on the way back . The tour guides were brilliant and looked after everyone, a special thank you to Alaa who was amazing and a pleasure to be around , my children love him 🙏
