Never saw anyone waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. Walked around for 20-30 min looking. Never responded to any of our messages. Then they fight our refund request. Their driver didn’t meet us, and they never responded to messages. Scam of a company. And we are not the only people to have this problem

great organisation and big flexibility - info & photo of pickup point provided, contacts functioning for change of pick up place & time, contact person waited for delayed flight, handed over passengers to taxi driver, driver even if not speaking English was ready to use google translator

Surprisingly went perfect despite flight time changes, staying overnight at a hotel rather than direct airport to hotel transfer. Great driver. Great vehicle. Damn fine service

Waiting for over an hour at the airport for the driver who never communicated they would be late. The kindness of another tour operator who reached out to communicate for us. The driver who finally arrived spoke 0 english and refused to communicate, even with hand language. Got lost and refused to use gps, even after talking to his boss. Would not look at our gps to get directions and see where to take turns. Taking 90 minutes for a 39 minute ride to our hotel after a very long travel day. Then the icing on the cake: viator refused to give even a partial refund. Oh yes, very memorable alright!

Very disappointing. No one waiting at pick up point (gate/door 4) with our name on sign. Had to find another Viator rep, who looked up reservation on his cell phone. He then contacted another driver and took us up to arrivals to meet him. We ordered an SUV, but got a smaller 4 door hatchback. No water as promised. Driver did not fully understand that we prepaid, but didn't hassel us at destination. Not sure if we'll use Viator for pickup service again. J. Martin
