Booking a Golden Tour with a guide (Skip the Line) was the best decision I made in Barcelona. One cannot appreciate this magnificent building unless a guide gives you the history and insights. Our tour guide spoke excellent English, was very knowledgable and gave us the complete story. Thank you to our guide. I would rate this a 5***** tour and a must! It cost a little more but so worth it. How many times are you going to visit La Sagrada is what it comes down to so book this tour. You won't be sorry. And the best time of day to go is after 2:00. The sun shines through the windows!!

Jorge was great- his descriptions were detailed and fascinating and he kept the tour interactive. My personal favorite part is that he called the group his “dear guests” on many occasions and treated us exactly as you would a dear guest. The timing of this tour is ideal- it allows the building to show off how the architect created it with the sun in mind. The way the colors light the structure based on the sunlight is magnificent.

Jorge was the best! He was so knowledgeable and had great diagrams and fun facts. Even took a great pic inside of sagrada famigilia (he knows his angles) highly recommend for anyone!

Our experience with Jorge was impeccable. We learned the history of Segrada Familia, saw the jaw-dropping interior and had time to ask any questions we wanted. He is a true expert guide. I give him my highest recommendation.

Firstly, Jorge was outstanding - best guide ever. Second… and this is coming from someone who isn’t THAT interested in architecture (more beach, less buildings)… Wow. Ok this church/structure/castle…. Most breathtaking piece of architecture I’ve ever seen. Advice- GO INSIDE. Even more impressive on the inside. Two thumbs up.

We had a great experience with Jorge, we booked very last minute and he was excellent at keeping us informed and provided clear instructions on where to meet. The tour was very interesting and informative and Jorge was very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide. Would highly recommend a guided tour to skip the queue and enjoy the beauty of the Sagrada Familia in a relaxed way as you will also have time on your own to explore and take photos after the tour ends. We were able to get the last remaining tix for the week we visited (it was Holy Week and it was very crowded in Barcelona), but somehow we ended up going during the “sunset” hour. It was absolutely stunning. Jorge, our guide, was fantastic. He spoke English well, was very knowledgeable about the church and its history, took a small group of about 8, gave us all headsets that worked well, and then surprised us with the stunning colors of the stained glass windows. Would absolutely recommend this tour!
