Lovely hall - concert of well known pieces aimed at tourists.
The orchestra was of a good quality. They often drowned out the vocalists (especially the soprano).
The program was aimed squarely at tourists to give those not accustomed to classical music a pleasant experience.
In all, the concert was over priced compared with its quality

Everything has its own delight and uniqueness. I can not really pick a single presentation. The music, the voices and interpretations are incredible. The conducting and integrating the audience is a genius concept. BRAVO!!!!!!

This performance was superb, the musician's skills and love for music was quite visible to even an untrained music lover such as me. The music hall was spectacular, getting tickets was a breeze. The only complaint I have is not having the ability to select our seats when booking from Viator. I was told that booking the tickets directly would have given me the option to select seats. Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed the concert! Our knowledge of classical music is limited but the concert was entertaining, and fun to recognize music from American cartoons and television commercials. The opera performers were phenomenal.
Pay attention to the tip from the "Before You Go" section. We left from the wrong exit and spent more than 30 minutes walking various routes using Google maps and directions from people on the street before we found a police officer that got us heading in the right direction.

Das Konzert ist absolut und ausnahmslos auf Touristen ausgelegt. Folglich wird versucht, den Gewinn zu maximieren, indem möglichst viele Touristen in den Saal gepackt werden: es steht Stuhl an Stuhl, nicht jeder kann alles sehen; die Musik ist okay - kein Vergleich zu originalen Konzerten, aber für Nicht-Experten (wie mich) trotzdem sehr gut.
Gleichzeitig gehört der Besuch eines Mozart Konzertes zu den Dingen, die man in Wien tun sollte. Auch der Saal macht einiges her.
Wir haben eine gute Erinnerung und schöne Fotos, es hat sich damit also gelohnt. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter, wenn das Geld nicht zu weh tut.
Kleiderordnung: Hemd mit Jeans (und nicht ausgetretenen Schuhen) für Männer reicht vollkommen, Jacket wäre ein Highlight. Anzug wäre overdressed, T-Shirt under-dressed. Bei 1000+ Touristen sind Abweichungen natürlich im Programm :-)

The interior of the building is so beautiful, the Golden Hall in particular. The Mozart concert was amazing, wonderful and ... funny. The conductor was hilarious. He involved the audience by clapping along during the Radetzky Marsch. The musicians and singers were so talented and played/sang beautifully.
The whole experience was magical.
The one thing you need to keep in mind is that you need to leave coats and all medium-large bags in the cloak room (they allow small purses). Take into account that you will need to stand in line for the drop-off and pick-up of your things. And bring along cash to pay for it.

If you are a sympathy goer … I would recommend taking a pass … very “touristy” … Conductor has audience clapping like you are at a folk concert 😳…. people are taking pictures (even after being very clearly not do so) …. people chatting during the actual performance…. and the Ushers do NOTHING to put a stop to the distributions …. having said this, if you are not a sympathy goer and just want to say you want to a sympathy in Vienna …. go … but this is not appropriate conduct for the sympathy and very disappointing for me ☹️…

I book Category A-seating the, second best of 4 Categories. What a joke! We were on the balcony on the side of the stage so could only see half the stage from directly above. The only worst seats could be if you were sitting in a cupboard! If you insist on booking this activity reserve either the best or the worst seating as mid range they just shove you wherever there is a free seat. Having said that the music was extraordinary- top musicians, so l just closed my eyes and forgot about the costumes.
