This was the best experience!! The Pasta Class is in a very special class of its own! The instructor, Simone, is so passionate about teaching pasta making. His command of the kitchen and his unique way of teaching and storytelling made this experience one we will remember always. The meal we prepared rivales any restaurant in Florence!

My daughter and I attended this class and it was an amazing experience. Chef Andrea was wonderful. He was informative, helpful, and thoroughly entertaining. We were able to learn some basic skills and making pasta and how to make three wonderful sauces. The class really showed how easy and fun it is to make fresh pasta. We got to enjoy the fruits of our labor with some wonderful wine throughout the class. I can’t wait to make fresh pasta at home now that I have a few skills. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Florence.

My daughter and I decided to take this class last minute and we are so glad we did. It was one of the highlights of our vacation. The instructor was excellent, kind, funny and patient with all of us. He gave lots of tips and to top it all off the food was excellent. Thank you sooo much. I wish I could remember his name. We took the class on 15, July 2024 at 3pm. I thought the chef was going to email us the recipes, sadly we did not get them. Would love to try on my own.

Twelve of us strangers enjoyed a great evening with Chef Davide! Delicious, tender pasta and our best meal on our first night in Florence! He’s a great teacher and very entertaining. We worked hard rolling out our pasta to the correct thinness! Highly recommend this cooking class. One of the highlights of our trip! Thank you, Chef!

Andrea made the pasta making experience very delightful. He was very informative, experienced, fun energy and made the experience interactive with all. The venue is lovely, very clean and accomodating. Highly recommend this experience! When in Florence you simply must ... learn from the best. Learn the true Italian ways of making pasta and sauces . I immediately ordered the accurate tools when I arrived back in the states so I can quickly practice practice practice. Already invited friends for a pasta and Chianti night! Well done Andrea. Thank you! YOU MUST OPEN A VENUE IN SEATTLE. PLEASE ! I would love to be a part of the expansion some how.

Wow, awesome class! We left full and not too drunk (have heard some classes are booze fests). The Chef was a 100% kitchen professional and imparted so much practical wisdom. Even though both my partner and I make Italian food and pasta at home, we both came away with new info and tips about how to make our pasta better.
David also made a point of learning everyone’s names, engaging with each person individually, and even shared a list of his favorite restaurants and bars. We went to three of the places on the list and no joke, they were the best meals/drinks we had in Florence. Thank you!!

Amazing class. The chef was so fun to have. He made everything enjoyable and broke pasta making down from first making the right type of sauces. We even made different types of pasta shapes. There was water and wine to help during our cooking journey.
My wife and I are vegetarian and he easily accommodated us.
The class started at 7:30PM and we didn’t eat until about 10PM when we made all the pasta shells. So I’d keep that in mind.
Highly highly recommend this! Very fun.
