Dhama was an amazing guide who was patient and kind and went above and beyond for everything. He organised our activities perfectly. Waited patiently for our full group. And for every hiccup we had , he was patient and understanding and did everything in his power to help us. I can not recommend him any more.

I used this tour because I wanted to travel around Bali.
Our guide, Dharma, was kind, attentive, and very easygoing and friendly.
He speaks Japanese fluently, so you won't feel like there's a language barrier.

We asked Koman Darma to charter a car for three days.
For my daughter, who was visiting Bali for the first time, he responded to various requests and route changes up until the day of the trip, and we were able to do an efficient tour in a short period of time.
This time, we really wanted to see Wayang Kulit (shadow puppet theater). After COVID-19, the number of venues for the show has decreased dramatically, so we had given up on seeing it, but he went to Ubud to check and we were able to see the long-awaited Wayang Kulit with Darma.
I got a little sick on the last day, but he accompanied me to the hospital and even acted as an interpreter, so I was able to return to Japan. We are very grateful for his care.
Darma is a guide who is full of hospitality and is very considerate, changing the meeting place to take our walking route into consideration.
We were able to talk about various things such as Bali and Japanese culture even during the car ride, so he is a tour guide recommended for Japanese people.

The day before, I suddenly requested sunset and Kecak at Tanah Lot Temple, and they accommodated me right away.
On the day of the trip, he probably checked the road traffic conditions and recommended that we leave 30 minutes early, so we were able to arrive at the perfect time.
Our driver, Mr. Kadek, spoke good Japanese and the sightseeing was very smooth and enjoyable.
He seemed to hear from our conversation that there was something we were looking for, so he stopped by a store that sold it and was very kind.
I highly recommend it!

We asked them to go sightseeing in Ubud from the market to the zoo to the rice terraces. The driver's boyfriend was fluent in Japanese and was very kind and polite. They responded with a smile even to the children who kept fighting and asking questions in the car, and thanks to using this service, the children were very satisfied from the first day. Highly recommended for Japanese people.

This was my third time using it.
They are always on time and flexibly accommodate destinations other than the ones we had planned in advance, which is very helpful.

Our driver, Daru-chan, is very studious and speaks both English and Japanese very well.
While some Balinese people are not punctual, Daru-chan is always punctual, drives safely, and provides the service that Japanese people want.

I went on a trip to Bali for my birthday.
I wanted to see a lot of different places, so I asked them to help me. From the prior communication, they responded quickly and courteously.
I asked them to help me for a total of three days, and in the end, it was a great decision. The service was courteous, and the local stories were fun.
I would like to ask them to help me again the next time I visit Bali.
