Booked tour before we left home. On day of tour we went to meeting place and no one was there. Called tour operator they did not answer. A couple of minutes later received text message stating he could not talk was on a tour and he would have to cancel as he overbook. We should have been contacted ahead of time. We traveled all the way from our hotel to the tour meeting place. This is a very unprofessional way to treat a customer. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Booked this tour on a friend’s recommendation and it was well worth it. Gabriel, our tour angel, was knowledgeable, courteous, and quite funny. He really loves Porto and the small businesses that are unique to the city.
Each tasting and pairing was delicious. The history of the city and it’s people came alive in a way we would not have been able to achieve on our own. Wear comfortable shoes and come hungry!
