They cancelled on my way to tour😢 I was taking a sixty dollar taxi from the complete other side of town. Which then i had to same back. He offered to send something to my hotel which i did not feel comfortable giving that information. He blamed Viator which just wasn't true, they confirmed. He seemed shocked I was upset. Almost a hundred dollars in taxis, time wasted, and expected to be happy with the refund. If you are a solo traveler i would NOT recommend! Maybe you other apps and definitely other tour guides. Thanks again for my last night in Seoul 🥴
