• Take in views of Melbourne's skyline while paddling past restaurants, old ships, the former port area and new port.
• This is a unique experience with easy paddling and a slow pace to take in the views.
• Historical commentary on the old docks area is provided along the way with talks about the former Customs House, turning basin, historical ships, former waterfall and "Mission for Seamen" head quarters.
• There is a rest stop, half way through the tour, to stretch your legs and have a snack and a drink.
• The tour is 2.5 hours duration.

We spent a beautiful warm Autumn night on the Yarra. It was fascinating to watch the bustle along the banks of the river seeing it in both twilight and nighttime. Our guides Dayne and Phil both gave great instructions, were very helpful and open to questions.

As a family of five it is not always easy to find an activity everyone enjoys. We all loved this activity. The activity was at a nice and easy pace. We have lived in Melbourne our whole lives and this was a sensational way to see the City. Highly recommend.

Great way to see Melbourne from a different view, it was also a great activity to build some team work skills and meet new people. Max was a great guide and also took some great photos along the way!

My family and I did the twilight river tour down the Yarra river. It was an incredible experience, the kayaking itself was at a level both myself and my retired parents were fine with (neither having kayaked much before). The guides were friendly and knowledgeable and it was an entirely different way to see Melbourne than I’ve experienced before.

Following a very warm welcome from our two friendly guides and a quick and informative introduction to the art of paddling we set off on the water. The weather was calm and the water was warm so it made the kayaking easy and very enjoyable. Our guides were entertaining and gave us some local history along the river ride. We stopped on the way back for a light snack of fruit, cookies and juice, it was a nice time to have a little chat and meet the other people on the trip. It was beautiful to see the city lit up at night from the water. Be mindful that your pants do get wet, so bring a change of clothes which you can keep locked in the car safe and dry. Matt and Tim, our guides we fabulous, friendly, entertaining and informative. We loved it!

We had a really enjoyable time doing the daytime tour (1:00-3:30pm) along the Yarra River with our tour guide who I think was called Tim.
The whole experience was great for all involved and included a little snack break in the middle for some fruit, a biscuit and a drink to refresh ourselves.
Initially we were concerned about booking a day time tour because of fears about the sun/heat but We are glad we changed our mind and went along to it - wear plenty of sun cream and a hat or sunnies and everything will be fine!
They take out a camera to photograph you during the experience and you are allowed to take your own in the kayak too, at your own risk.
Also quick responses via email to our enquiries which was helpful.
