While spending your vacations in Sorrento or Naples, do not miss a full day tour to Capri. Great day - Alexandra was a great guide - had a good plan for the day which she shared at the start of the day and we managed to get the grotto and a boat tour. Some of our group had restricted mobility which she considered and explained if she thought she needed to.

Our tour guide, Sarina, was absolutely amazing. She expertly timed and organized van rides, boat rides, ferry so we were able to enjoy a little of everything. She gained us extra time by getting us to the front of the line for our the lift to the top (when we used euros vs. credit card), and gave us history on the entire tour. She was polite and lots of fun. What a gem of a person!

After an initial snafu (when our original tour guide left the Capri port without us), we had to call Viator and then we were assigned to another guide, Sarena. This took about an hour and caused a great deal of frustration and angst. However, Sarena saved the day and did an amazing job with the tour. She even took pictures of us and sent it to us after the tour.

Had a good tour with Alberto who was very friendly and helpful. We were not able to do the Blue Grotto because it was closed. We learned that the BG is only open about 90 days a year so understand you have maybe 50-50 chance in the summer of actually getting to the grotto. This tour is very rushed due to the time constraints of the ferry used to get to and from Naples. Capri is very crowded and hectic so be prepared. Do NOT eat at La Terrazza. This was suggested and the food and drinks were not worth the price

Marchella our guide was grest, time sent
eveywhere perfect. Would recommend to friend. Good for all ages. Walking could be tough for people with mobility issues.

Our daylong tour was on a tight schedule to ensure we returned back to the Sun Princess cruise ship prior to sail off.
At the meeting place, the tour operator broke us into two smaller groups and had us depart promptly in the first group on the ferry from Naples to Capri.
At Capri we were further split into two buses, with our local guide accompanying us for the rest of the cruise. The tour guide Gorge was very knowledgeable, took us promptly to the Blue Grotto sInce it was open to visit. He made sure we had a good idea of what to expect, helped us board the canoes for the Blue Grotto and was there when we returned.
The tour guide then showed us the other highlights of Capri, helped us find vegetarian meals for lunch and optional local gelato and drinks.
We rode up the chair lifts to the top of the hill by bypassing the lines, where we had a panoramic view of the city.
He then brought us back to Naples by ferry in time to board our cruise ship.

Luigi was great and got us to Blue grotto early so we didnt have to wait in line long at all. (bonus as it had been closed for previous 2 days).

What a perfect day start to finish, the tour was everything I had envisioned and more! The Blue Grotto was mystifying and Capri was just gorgeous we even took a boat ride around the island. Our tour guide was so fun and enthusiastic she really added so much to the entire experience. You will be so glad you went!!

Our tour guide, Serena, was awesome! She made sure that our group was one of the first in line to visit the blue grotto, and provided us with lots of interesting information on the bus rides. We felt like we got to see a lot of Capri in a short time (8ish hours).

Excellent excellent!! Unbelievable tour with one the best tour guides. Luigi had every detail down pat. We had our blue grotto tour set perfectly with out having to wait on a boat. Capri and Ana Capri were beautiful.
