It is the experience of living in an authentic peasant house where the products of the land are still grown today, including the famous Sorrento lemon, cheeses and dairy products are produced and an excellent pizza is kneaded and enjoyed. You will be accompanied by a local guide who will explain everything about the production and harvesting of lemons and will let you taste a fresh lemonade on site.
Inside the farm you will also be able to see the cow stables that produce fresh milk for the daily production of good mozzarella, caciotte, ricotta and butter and you will also be given the opportunity to learn the art of the master cheesemaker who will have you prepare and eat freshly made mozzarella.
Afterwards we will move on to the cooking school which will be dedicated to the preparation of the Queen of pizzas: the Pizza Margherita. Followed by the chef, you will knead the pizza and then eat it comfortably sitting on a terrace with the most beautiful view of the Sorrento Peninsula.
