Traditional Sicilian cooking lesson with Teresa in the seaside Arenella area.
A magnificent garden and a well-kept house will welcome you and pleasantly surprise you.
You will eat the food prepared and cooked by you, under my direction.I'll give you a list of delicious sauces to make quickly at your home. You can use them for pasta but they will also be useful for making an Italian aperitif.
The menu is traditional and will be organized only with seasonal food.I'm waiting for you! Bring your family or friends!

My family and I attended this cooking class and it was a delightful experience. The dishes we prepared were absolutely yummy, and Teresa, the professor cook & owner of the house, was super sweet and attentive. Her guidance and friendly demeanor made the class both enjoyable and educational. Highly recommended!

We had the best time learning how to make 2 types of pasta, an appetizer and Tiramisu. Teresa is patient and kind. Totally recommend if your children are older and interested in learning and trying new things. We had a great family experience.

What a wonderful morning cooking with Teresa in her garden and kitchen outside of Syracuse. Our teenagers were totally engaged and we all learned a lot and really enjoyed the delicious meal we had made- spinach and ricotta ravioli, amazing breaded fried cauliflower and the best cannoli ever!
