I ordered this service for an airport transfer upon arriving in Boston off my cruise. Viator notified me before arrival and on hte day of arrival, that everything was Alright. The driver would be there for an hour from me indicated arrival time, just in case. The driver was on time and contacted me when he arrived at the port. I would definitely use this service again for the professional service I received and the notifications I received along the way which kept me
fears under control.

SO I had a reservation for BOS to Hotel and driver was nowhere to be found when we reached luggage claim area. There were no prior text/email/call about where to meet on the day of service. We had to wait for 45 min to just get a driver pulled up in front of us. I understand the traffic is bad near BOS area, but no communication from company or from driver is unheard of. I would not recommend. Uber and Water Taxi can get you in and out of BOS in quick.

Our driver was waiting for us in the Limo pickup area. He was courteous and professional. The SUV was a Cadillac Escalade. Great experience all around.

This transportation service to & from Boston airport to a financial district apartment was worth every penny! Friendly & helpful driver. Always on time. Drove safely in Boston's crazy traffic. The vehicle was clean inside & out. Will definitely use this service again when traveling to/from Boston.
