This was a true highlight of my visit to Hanoi. My tour guide, David, was phenomenal and overflowing with information. I really appreciate it the flexibility and designing the tour around exactly what I wanted to see and avoiding things I had already visited. Not only that, but he took many many pictures, which I truly appreciated as a solo traveler, to be able to have something more than just selfie after selfie. Being an expert tour guide, he was able to time visits to sites to avoid the crowds as much as possible. I truly feel like I have a good friend now in Hanoi, and will undoubtedly reach out again on future travels. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hanoi private city tour; fully recommended for couples or people traveling with limited time or if you love personalized travel. Our guide Ha Hoang was very attentive, knowledgeable about the culture, and flexible with the agenda since we had to adjust due to long lines at the mausoleum.
You get a private car for most of the day.
Lunch was very tasty and plentiful. You finish the day with a Cyclo tour in the old quarter to get to know a lot of the streets and shops. overall a great experience for first timers in Hanoi.

Nice to see some of the highlights of Hanoi with fab lunch! The agenda we had was not the same as the one we experienced. (I.e. we didn’t go to the Presidential Palace but when to a laquer art and embroidery shop instead which was fine, but it was not expected. Tour guide waited too long and went out of his way for four guests the at were consistently late putting the rest of the group behind schedule.

Great tour. Ha was such a lovely young man so knowledgeable, well paced tour, we got to see everything we wanted to. Lunch was amazing with local dishes freshly prepared.

Thanks to the careful arrangement, my family and I had a wonderful holiday in Hanoi. The hotel not only has complete facilities, but also provides excellent services. The Chinese tour guide provided us with in-depth cultural explanations, which allowed us to better understand the history and customs of Vietnam. The nanny car we booked was in first-class condition, and the driver was skilled, which made our trip smoother. For the next family trip, there is no doubt that we will choose the Pearl of Asia without hesitation to continue exploring the beautiful journey of Vietnam.

My partner and I used the company's service for a 10-day stay in Hanoi. We had an incredible experience in Hanoi-Halong Bay-Sapa thanks to their great arrangements. The service was amazing, and all tours arrived on time. The hotels were of high quality, and the drivers were always prompt for pickup. Everyone is aware of what is going on. It is a real Hanoi treasure! I really love it.

We are a family of 3 with a private tour via Pearl Travel. Part of the tour was at Hanoi, we had a good tour guide(Mr Ngươn) who brought us around to watch water puppet show and local sights. He's understanding in tailoring the tour to suit put needs especially I was with 2 elderly parents. As we were a bit sick at the end of our 14 day tour, and we could not join the food tour, the tour guide even delivered takeaway to our hotel room. Really appreciate extra mile and care shown.

Do not engage with these trishaw drivers. A handful of them is only looking to rip you off or scam you by only telling you a higher price only after the ride’s concluded. Dishonest and malicious service, would not recommend at all!
