I just wanted to see the statue of David and skip the line… the tour guide was awesome and knowledgeable, but the tour was too long.

We took the evening tour and were surprised how light the crowd was. Our guide was great, knowledgable and courteous. The museum is well organized.

It was a little messy. The tour organizer waited for people that were late. Which made us be late at the entrance, then the guide did not have the tickets and we had to wait in line. The tour guide was not very detailed on the history because there were teenagers on the group and she did not want them to be bored, but we wanted more history.

We met bear the museum with our tour group ane guide. They were easy to find and the staff was very polite. Our tour guide, Giada, was incredible. You could tell how passionate she was about art, this museum, and Florence in general. She was very knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any questions directed to her. The evening tour made it so we didn't have to fight crowds that were too large. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in visiting this museum!
