Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. We covered it seems like the whole city of Melbourne. Had a fabulous time. My only complaint was that he did not leave us at the same place as the pickup was. Had to negotiate quite a distance back to our hotel. And the pickup point directions were horrible. Other than that we had a fantastic time

Our tour guide did not show up. Sent them 3 messages but they were not responded to. With limited time, we wasted most of our day in Melbourne waiting at the meeting point when we could have done other things.

Julie was amazing - so professional and was able to communicate well with the three of us older people and a young person of 23 ! So much interesting information about Melbourne which I had no idea of ! Julie speaks excellent Italian which of course made the tour so special for my family from Italy !

Ben was a fantastic tour guide when we first landed in Melbourne! He was able to walk us around to get our bearings around the city, and explain the history of how the city was founded. Ben was very friendly, funny, and you could tell he really loved the city. We wouldn't have found many of the "hidden" arcades around the city that are so beautiful, and showcase a true hidden gem of Melbourne.

The walking tour was informative, and we got a good overview of the central business district. We especially enjoyed the walk through of the Victoria Art Museum. We have ideas for further exploration.
