We tried 4 different times to contact the tour operator, who never responded to our outreaches. If she had, we would have learned that this was a WALKING tour. We showed up, expecting a van, with our luggage and one traveler with a bad knee. There was no way we could do a walking tour and it was too late to cancel and get our money back. A huge waste of money for us.

I had a great tour with Ivanna. I'd spent time in Gothic before the tour so Ivanna changed things around to show me special places outside the main spots that I definitely wouldn't have seen myself. She was fun, engaging and with plenty of energy. I would recommend anyone booking a tour with her.

A. Teo with Withlocals was an amazing tour guide who was patient, kind and well informed! Highly recommend if you’re in Barcelona! She customized the tour for an 80 year old and a blind man and was very respectful, too.

Sabastian was an outstanding guide. The 3 hours we spent with him was informative, comfortable and very enjoyable. Sabastian knew the history of Barcelona at an expert level. We enjoyed a great walk through the city with Krisztina. She took us down alleyways and side streets while teaching us about the history of Barcelona. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Our host was a great guide for the area of the Gothic quarter and Jewish quarter, with a wonderful grasp of the history from the Romans to today. My husband and I enjoyed the "backstory" on the various neighborhoods, houses, cathedrals, and castles we passed, with lots of opportunities to take photos. As this was a fantastic first experience with this type of city guide, I will definitely sign up again with other guides!
