My teenage son and I spent our first afternoon in Tokyo with Gulay and we couldn't have been happier. She was lovely and personable and within minutes of being with her, she gave us a tip that made our whole trip so much easier. She answered our questions, shared interesting information and showed us newbie tricks to help navigate the city. She also gave us a recommendation for an area we wouldn't have found on our own (which has been our favorite so far!). Thank you, Gulay, for a wonderful and helpful start to our trip. I just wish we could have had more time with you!

Ramky, is hands down, the best tour guide we had in Tokyo and I truly can't say enough good things about him. We went on 3 semi-private tours while we were there and no one even came close to comparing. His intimate knowledge of the city, its history and stories, and off the beaten path locations is unmatched. If he had been available during the rest of our stay we would have booked him 3 days in a row. So next time we head that way he will absolutely be my first phone call.

Sometimes in this life the stars line up, you’re in the flow, the energy is amazing…and this is what my time with tour guide Gulay was like in Tokyo. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered! A smart lovely person with dynamism… I highly recommend! She was the added delightful bonus to my travels in Japan. Our guide spoke great english, was very nice and knowledgeable. She knew fun facts and introduced us to fun places to eat and have a great tour of Lawsons!

Carlos is a nice and smart guy. He knows a lot about Tokyo as a resident of Tokyo and he can also tell you in which ways Tokyo is different from other cities because he has traveled a lot.

I had a great tour around Shibuya with Gulay who was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative about the history of the area.
She was able to point out the various types of restaurants and diners that I will return to try.
I would strongly recommend Gulay as a guide in Tokyo

We spent a very enjoyable and informative afternoon with Gulay learning about the Shibuya area of Tokyo. We asked Gulay to focus on aspects that were of interest to our two 10-year old grand-daughters. She did a great job - suggesting shopping areas, restaurants, pet-cafes and introducing them to "toy" vending machines. We highly recommend Gulay as a guide.
