They cancelled our booking less than 24 hours in advance of our supposed entry. We could not get alternate tickets. So we missed going into Sagrada Familia.

We had a lot of trouble accessing the tickets from the email the viator sent. We almost did not get in because we had so much trouble accessing the tickets.

Paid over 50 euros for a so called tour. Ended up using my phone.
Deceiving advertising of the tour.
Recommend buy ticket on site, enjoy and save your hard earned money.
