ABOUT:
On this semi-private day trip, we'll visit some of the top Chateau of Provence's Cotes de Provence wine region, most famous for producing the world's top rosé wines. The wineries are classified Cru Classé meaning that their terroirs & wines reputation is considered to be best.
We will visit each estate with a comprehensive tour and presentation of the wines tasted.
We'll also enjoy a delightful lunch in a restaurant where the local wine folks dine, 3 courses with wine included, of course.

This was a very enjoyable and educational wine tour. Cedric was very kind and knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the wine production in Provence. We visited 3 wineries and tasted wonderful wines. I had a particular favorite wine which was a white and also enjoyed the rose's and reds. I highly recommend this tour.

Cedric was an amazing guide for our day in the Provence region. He worked with us and was very communicative to ensure the scheduling for the tour worked out.
On the tour, he provided some of the best wine we’ve had and was able to answer any of our questions along the way.
The lunch on the tour was an amazing experience with great views and one of the best lunches we had in France!

I highly recommend this tour. My son (age 23) and I had the most wonderful experience. Cedric is the best. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, delightful, and an amazing guide. You will not be disappointed on this trip. We toured three top notch wineries and had an amazing lunch at a chateau. Cedric took his time, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed.

My boyfriend and I had a great time on this tour! We did the full day tour. There were seven people total on our tour, which was a good number. The van to and from Nice was air conditioned and comfortable. We went to three wineries and had a fantastic multi-course lunch. Our guide was knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend!

Our wine tour with Frank was a really great experience! He took us to three different wineries around Nice, which were all different and distinct in atmosphere and wines. He is extremely knowledgable about the wine making process, French wine rules, regulations, processes, and about the wineries of the area. He is trained and eductated in the wine making field, and thus can provide so much more detail about the wine process of southern france than your average wine tour. All three wineries we went to were unique and had excellent whites, reds, and rose's. The lunch we went to was at a small family restaurant only a few meters away from his family home. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about French Riviera wines and taste some great ones as well!

I cannot recommend this tour enough!
We went as a couple, not knowing what to expect. Our guide was Cedric, he was lovely and very knowledgeable.
It was great to see more of the countryside and of course drink some wine!
Lunch was in a small French town and the food was beautiful as well as flowing wine!
Don’t miss out on this trip.

We did two days back to back of tours with our tour guide Frank and there was never a dull moment. We visited a total of six unique vineyards in Provence and the Riviera.
Frank was on time, knowledgeable, quick to answer any questions and added a very personable touch to the tours. The van was clean and in great condition, he had a cooler to store the wine we purchased along the way, our lunches were of high quality and include wine and aperitifs, and no two stops were ever the same. Each vineyard will stick out in your memory for its own unique reasons.
I’d strongly recommend these two tours to anybody wanting to get an insider’s look at the beauty and charm of the countryside surrounding Nice.
Our days were well worth the dollars spent, and Frank really made the experience seamless. He clearly was well known and respected within the community, and worked very hard to make our entire group feel comfortable and welcome.

Excellent. Highlight of our trip. Our guide Frank was a true gentleman , courteous and on time. His knowledge of the region and wines is unmatched. Lunches were at top restaurants in the region you are touring. Food was excellent.

We were picked up from the port in Nice in a van (no working A/C) and driven to the countryside where we experienced 3 wineries and a lunch. All were delightful. However, it turns out I do not like Rose and there isn't much other variety going on in the region. Tour guide was aghast when I said I preferred Pinot Noir and Malbec.

My husband and I had a wonderful time on this tour. The meeting point was very accessible by foot from where we were staying in old town. Franck was a very informative and knowledgeable guide. Each of the vineyards we visited was different and exciting and we absolutely loved the place that we went to for lunch as well. This was my second tour with Grape Tours as I did a tour in Tuscany with them three years ago and I am still very impressed by the quality of the experience that they offer.
