Use this service and was very pleased, traveling with elderly parents and they were very accommodating. Immaculate and clean vehicles, and the drivers were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. They were also very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

I reserved a luxury car with JR Luxury NYC from JFK Airport to my hotel in Manhattan and back. Communication from both of my drivers was efficient. The vehicle was in top shape, water was provided as well. My drivers, Jonathan and Riol, were informative of the city. What a superb service!

My family and I received a great service from this luxury company. My husband booked a private service to visit our family along with my two kids. It was a long commute but we have no complaints at all. We were picked up on time, there were refreshments in the car and the vehicle was impecable and spacious. We found it to be affordable even though it was a long ride. The driver was very friendly and very welcoming even stopped as many times as we requested. Excellent job JR LUXURY!

First time my husband and I decide to have a luxury company pick us up at the airport to then stay at a nice hotel in NYC for our anniversary. I am so grateful for this company. Our flight was delayed not one, but twice! Junior, was so professional and had so much patience with me. He accommodated our pick up time both times. The driver picked us up and we felt as if we are part of the JR Luxury NYC family. He was very professional as well. Without a doubt we will be booking again on our next trip! Yeooo, throw out my experience on ridding in first class and in style, this company by far, THE worlds best first class ride I ever been in. Very trustworthy, very safe, family friendly, and the style in the inside was fantastic. A friend recommended me this company, and it’s the best, fair pricing, and safe experience I ever had in a long time. I really like this company and I will forever recommend it anyone trust me. I recently revisited New York City with my family and re-booked this service. When we arrived to LGA, our driver was waiting for us with refreshments. Our car was spectacularly clean and our driver was respectful. Once again, nothing but positive!
