A big disappointment and too expensive for what we saw. The tour said it included changing of the guard but tour guide decided to skip it. He opted for a 15 minute tour of St. Paul's Cathedral. Also brochure said a stop at Westminster which never happened. I thought we would get a lot of history/ trivia not the case. I recommend do not spend your money better to do the Hop on off bus tour.

John was a very good guide. He shared plenty of information not just of the places we stopped but the sights along the route. I fully enjoyed the tour of St. Paul's even with the organ practice interrupting our guide repeatedly. The crown jewels and Tower of London, river tour and London Eye were a day well spent.

The tour was excellent. We wanted to see as much of London to determine if there were places we might want to visit. It also gave us an understanding of where places were in relation to each other. Great tour guide.

It was a full day in London we saw all the major sites of the city concluding with a scenic cruise along the Thames. Our guide, John, was extremely knowledgeable of all the sights and had an outstanding knowledge of the history of the city.

Horrible experience, do not book with Kristine. Spent half the time waiting on her, gave no historical background, she’s unorganized, and clueless. Most of the day was spent waiting on her. She was not at the pick up locations. Boarding the river cruise was a mess. She didn’t know who boards. Chaotic day!

Covered so much in one day with this one! So much meaningful detailed shared on St. Paul’s Cathedral, Christopher Wren-Architect, the Crypt, etc. - it was a favorite. The Tower of London was fascinating and we viewed the Royal Jewels, including a 3100 carat diamond and the African Star 500+ carat diamond, all were stunning. Buckingham Palace was beautiful, we were awe struck and had fun on the grounds. Was hoping to see the changing of the guard which didn’t happen this day. All and all was a great tour - we would do it again!

Frank, our tour guide did an AMAZING job!! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and his sense of humor simply outstanding! My favorite part of the tour was the London Tower! The only recommendations would be to provide bottled water on the bus and to have USB ports for charging phones!
