If there is -1 or no star will go with it. Waste of money and time, no info, no support , no one showed up at tgdd ed studio, no guided tour did on our own , no staff or no guidance on when to get to bus and back , will advice to never buy from Viator as company is no good and full of swindling and money extracting scheming , and charging 4-5 times with no support. Would stay away and better off to buy from the original sources

Loved our driver and the whole Harry Potter tour experience!! Highly recommend it! Seeing the sets of the movies and experiencing them in real life was magical.

The direct transport to and fro made this very easy! Would highly recommend. The studios themselves are a dream for HP fans but you already knew that :p as far as whether booking this is worth it, I would say it is and I would book again.
There is no guide once inside so this is a visit on your own, the tour itself is only to structure and transportation for you, give you the tickets, and you visit the studio at your own leisure which worked perfectly for us. Then they provide transportation back. Perfect

This was VERY cool. The interactives and green screen options were so fun! Learned so much about the making of these beloved movies! And the butterbeer was delicious!

Fascinating tour full of interactive elements and costumes/props. Worth the time and money! The tour is about 4 hours (plus 1.5 hr each way in coach) and it can be difficult at times to figure out pacing - we thought back lot was 1/2 was but was closer to 2/3 of the way through. I would have liked to slow down a bit at the start and not rushed through to hit the cafeteria at the 2 hour mark.

The trip was way too expensive and unorganized for the amount we paid. The quality of the coach was medium at best, and the tickets were not ready when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes on the bus for the operator to acquire the tickets. This should have been handled well in advance.

We lived walking through the sets, especially the Great Hall and Gringots Bank. We also loved the interactive features and were absolutely blown away seeing the glorious Hogwarts model!

The tour itself was fantastic. This ticket was merely bus transportation to and from the venue. There is no tour guide along the way. The bus driver on the way back didn’t know what he was doing. He wouldn’t let us get on the bus early despite it being parked there. When the tour guide came along he told him to let us on. It took nearly an hour longer to get back. He was driving a load of back streets using navigation to guide him. Lots of us got off and took the tube instead. Despite that, I would recommend this as the studio tour was out of this world.
