Upon arriving at airport, the DePalm bus was leaving; However we were provided with a private vehicle to our resort at no additional charge. Excellent service

The driver was friendly and pointed out highlights of the island on the way to the hotel. The bus had nice AC and the trip didn’t take too long.

Our driver, Robert gave us a quick tour while driving to the resort. Robert was helpful, informative and funny. The bus was air conditioned, clean and a comfortable ride.

Driver to resort on bus 77 was great, knowledgeable and entertaining.
Messaged for confirmation of return trip to airport and told to go to a resort that they had a representative. Not appreciative of this as they claim the confirmation has to be done within 24 hours of arrival.

We didn’t use the service bc you don’t drop off or pick up at residences. We’re staying at an airbnb and had to take a taxi. Please refund what’s been paid.

They have terrible communication skillls, they didn’t confirm the addresses they let me book online and pay the total price. I showed up and inform me that they don’t come to air bnb , it’s only main address. I put in both of my address online when I booked. I did not get a refund or anything. The manager told me to a cab
