We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and were aware that we had to make our own itinerary in interlaken and Grindelwald. Both locations were stunning and we would definitely recommend the gondola in Grindelwald for amazing views and to make the trip extra special. Be prepared the travel is 2/2.5hrs each way, but the coach is comfortable and has phone charging plugs.

This tour was too expensive for the tour guide to leave you half through. We had two elderly ladies that couldn't walk the elevation and all they did was sit. Out of 11.5 hours you only get 4 hours of tour. Wad not worth the $$$.

We had a great time, Hans and Voya were great guides. Wish we could have stayed in Interlaken a bit more but overall had a great time.

The tour was unbelievably disorganized, with all processes being manual, making it difficult to follow and overly complicated.
The booth has a very small logo and hard to tell. We have to ask the booth next to it in order to get to the correct one.
The bus departed late in the morning at 8:38 AM (supposed to be 8:30 AM) and left Interlaken earlier than the agreed time. Although the scheduled departure was 12:30 PM, the driver, Peter, left at 12:24 PM without checking if all guests were back. We were picked up at the crossroads 100 meters away from the car park at 12:25 PM, when the bus had already left the agreed waiting point and on the way to Grindelwald. If we had been 10 seconds later, we would have missed the bus. This is particularly concerning since the tour guide had clearly stated that anyone who missed the departure time would be left behind and they will not be responsible. Hence we came back 5 minutes early, but why did the driver leave so early? We highly doubt some other guests might have been left behind if they arrived after 12:26 PM.
Additionally, the tour guide, Kid, was extremely rude and issued commands in a way that made guests uncomfortable. He did not smile, looked at people with disdain, and made guests feel stupid for asking questions. He also showed everyone his peculiar videos with himself dancing with a pink papered umbrella at the mountain, which made the tour even more unpleasant. His attitude was unprofessional, making guests feel more like a burden than valued customers.
The tour's itinerary was poorly planned, with insufficient time allocated to key attractions. There was a lack of coordination and communication about the schedule. The guide provided minimal information about the sites, offering little value beyond basic transportation. There was no effort to engage with the group or enhance the experience with insightful commentary or helpful tips.
The cost of the tour covered only transportation and did not include anything else, not even water. There were no complimentary refreshments or amenities, and the bus itself was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Seats were old, there were flies inside, making the journey unpleasant, especially on a warm day.
No matter how pleasant the view was at Interlaken and Grindwald, the tour guy Kid made this tour experience like a fly in a delicious soup—everything was ruined. The tour failed to meet even the most basic expectations for organization, customer service, and value for money.
Overall, this was a very bad experience. We came here to have fun, not to be treated poorly. This was extremely disappointing. Improvements are desperately needed in every aspect of the tour, starting with the adjustment of the current tour guide, Kid, whose behavior was unacceptable.

The attendant on the bus was unfriendly, unhelpful and his English was incomprehensible.
The bus driver was great.

Our guide Kid was awesome, made sure we a had great time. Grindelwald was beyond beautiful, me and my family a wonderful time. Definitely need to return again, so much to see in the Interlaken area.

Our tour guide Raymond was really nice and friendly and pointed out beautiful sights as we passed by them. Upon arriving in Interlaken at 10:30, which was only a 1 hour stop, we went to Iseltwald on our own by bus then went to Grindelwald by train and rejoined the group at 4:30pm. Raymond gave us the information of the meeting place and his mobile number and made sure we knew where to go.

Our tour guide Kid was amazing!! We had lots of fun on this tour. If you want time to yourself just do Interlaken and Grindelwald. If you want more adventure you should go up to Jungfrau.
