Jungfrau is breathtaking so go do the trip, u won't regret it.
And I don't usually write reviews, but had to make an exception for Kid (our fab tour guide).
He's literally got a lot of "vintage Thai tough love" for his clients, which frankly ull get used to very quickly if you are adaptable and open, but more importantly - he's super experienced at handling large groups (this is v imp for Jungfrau which gets taken out by crazy # of tourists), he takes special care of older travelers/families with infants (literally shows parental love and care with 80+ year olds!) and really goes out of his way to make your trip memorable by taking the best pictures for you (that's not really his job). He's also super quick with his retorts (esp with irritating ppl) which makes this long journey that much more fun and interesting! :)
Kid, we had a such wonderful time with you, thanks for being so helpful and making this Jungfrau trip unforgettable!

The views that are part of the train ride up are breathtaking. We had Kid as a tour guide. He is great at helping tourists get great pictures and planning their trip; however, his style of communication is a bit rude which can make the excursion stressful.

Keep up the good work. I would just pay Money to see Kid in Action he is hilarious 😆 & quite a character. Very professional as well. We really had a good time but our Tour Guide (Kid) he’s just something else.

Beautiful scenery, excellent facilities. Clouds rising up the mountain side, ice sculptures, snowball in June. Everything as promised

This day trip was an easy way to get to Jungfraujoch, one of Switzerland's most spectacular sites. Our guide, Kid, did a good job organising us and making sure everyone knew where to go although his directions and demeanour may have been stressful for some. (One of the tour guests did start provoking him which was admittedly quite funny.) The stop at Interlaken was very pretty, and the cog railways we took to Jungfraujoch were fascinating and quite comfortable. Jungfraujoch itself was quite crowded, Kid's guidance was helpful in getting through the crowds. The cable car down from the mountains was a spectacular way to end the trip. We were lucky to have a beautiful sunny day with excellent visibility and spectacular views everywhere, it may not be quite as spectacular on a foggy or snowy day.

We loved our day going to the Top of Europe! Our tour guide, Hans, and bus driver, Voya, were terrific and very helpful.
We started in Zurich and enjoyed a beautiful bus ride to Interlaken while Hans gave wonderful history of the city of Zurich, the mountains and towns we were passing, and details about Switzerland’s background.
We enjoyed walking around Interlaken on our first stop, a quaint Swiss town where we bought waters and snacks. We then continued to Lauterbrunnen where we got on a large train with Hans navigating our path. From there, we got on a different train in Kleine Schneider and enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery through Grindewald. We stopped at an ice area for 5-10 minutes before arriving in Jungfraujoch.
It was VERY crowded in Jungfraujoch, the only negative part of our trip. People at the top were pushy and rude as they tried to take tons of family/couple photos.
We loved exploring all the parts of the Jungfraujoch area, walking through the ice tunnels, and walking on the snowy peak.
Highly recommend this day trip!

Great place and great service through the tour service. No complains there. However, Swiss travel department really needs to add more staff and manage crowd up at 12,000ft!! There were way too many people. Elevator was overloaded. Best recipe for stampede if something went wrong at 12,000ft. We understand people come from around the world from various cultures. Poor etiquette by the many visitors. It can be managed by limiting the crowd.

This tour is incredible. I’ve done many Viator tours and Kid is the best guide I’ve ever had. Jungfrau was incredibly busy and a bit chaotic but this tour is worth every penny.

Kid was amazing! His personality is strong but that is the exact kind of tour guide you need for this type of tour. He will make sure you are the first ones on the trains, buses, coffee shops, and at the top of the mountain before anyone else. Kid goes above and beyond to make sure everyone gets incredible photos and that you get the most from this experience. 10/10 would recommend !
