Purchasing and getting any help from viator was amazing. Skip the line doesn't necessarily mean skip the line, we still waited 45 minutes to get in the museum. However the city was very busy that day so it's somewhat understandable. My only complaint would be that there is not a huge sign for the location where you pick up your tickets. It took me a minute to find the place. But everyone was very friendly and helpful once I did!

you still need to line up for 20mins or so, and the content of museum is quite small comparing with other museums with similar reputation.

Tickets to this museum sell out weeks in advance. I purchased these to see the David with my mom during her visit to Florence. Pick up with was simple and the pick up location was easy to find. The line to get in was just down the street from the pick up location. I downloaded the provided guide with no problems.

Fabulous way to beat the impossible queues. Decent ebook which we used together with an audio guide. If you haven’t got 5 hours to spend queuing it’s a no brainer.

This was a great activity. The tour operator was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to finding the correct entrance to the Accademia Gallery. And having the priority entry was so incredible, definitely worth it!
