You will be welcomed by the chef and the owner in a familiar and friendly atmosphere.
In addition to the cooking school we will listen to Italian music accompanied by good wine!
During a short interval, the owner will prepare a small tasting of their 100% completely natural extra virgin olive oil
All the products that will be used are completely natural and all produced by the owner
You can buy oil and wine directly from the producer!
Once the cooking school is over we will sit at the table to taste the freshly prepared pasta and dessert.

Set in the house on top of a hill with a beautiful view, Chef Dandy was an excellent instructor, teaching us how to make Ragu, homemade pasta and tiramisu. It was also fun getting to meet and work with the other people in our group! Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed learning how to make authentic Italian food. Chef Dedalo was a great teacher and we had such a fun time cooking with him and sharing stories. It was very special that his parents joined us for dinner. It was more than a class, and more than a meal, it was a cherished event - just like being with family. We made the meal at home and hope to make it for our friends sometime soon. So glad that we added this to our trip to Italy.

This cooking class surpassed our expectations! It was a wonderful experience for everyone - especially the cooking enthusiasts in our family. We learned how to prepare several Italian dishes. Also had awonderful time with our hosts and teachers. This was a fun evening and a highlght of our time in Tuscany.
