It is a must visit attraction in Prague, enjoyed the flexibility of the ticket, and audio tour was decent, we had some difficulty understanding how to access the audio tour but we figured in the end, the views from the castle are mesmerising.

This is a joke. We paid to enter castle away from the lines -- that was the only good part. We were to have an audio guide, which we downloaded as instructed. Was not audible, and not one of our group of 4 was able to hear and use the guide. Save your money on this -- wait until you get there and purchase a real guided tour. The title of this tour is misleading.

This was by far the most absolute experience as a tourist that I've ever had.
First of all, these tickets are a scam, you are not getting everything that they promise. There is no full circle of Prague castle included, there's no skip the lines, there's no audio guide and a lot of other admissions they promise are not included. Meaning, you are just paying nearly double the price of the regular tickets.
But the nightmare doesn't end there.
Once you purchase the tickets online it is absolutely impossible to understand where you get the actual ticket that you can use.
You get a pdf with the email that asks you to download their app, the app then includes the same information. There's nowhere any information about where to get your tickets. We spent 1.5 hours standing in all kinds of different lines just being told it's not there. We went from one corner of the castle grounds to the other, eventually we had a very nice guide who helped us go to yet another museum hoping that the tickets will be given to us there, with no luck.. after 1.5h we received our pdf ticket from an Indian phone number over WhatsApp. What an absolute joke... and those tickets you can't use over your phone and you need a printed version. Thankfully a staff of museum helped us print them as we were in such desperation.
I am going to proceed with requesting a refund for false advertising because this was an absolute scam and a waste of time.

This ad is misleading! This company advertises entrance and an audio guide, but it's not the 90-minute audio tour you'd get if you bought it at the castle. Instead, it's a 12-minute recording, which is laughable for such a big castle complex. They want you to think it's the official audio tour, but it's not. Don't waste your $--just buy the ticket/audio tour at the castle.

I wish i could rate this as zero stars. I never received information on where to pickup my ticket for entrance. They give you a voucher with no other information on it. You have to pickup a ticket from somewhere in order to receive entry into the locations. I tried to contact the provider but i never received a response. I am in process of trying to get a refund but it is hard since it states no refund. I am surprised viator has this company as an option on their website. Very bad experience!
