This is a natural monument composed of 27 waterfalls of different sizes.
people who do not want to climb or jump can relax down.
The original and best known of the area’s falls, the tour starts with a moderate hike of around 30 minutes that leads up to the top of the falls where the real fun begins as you jump, slide and swim your way back down to base camp, emerging with a silly grin on your face and memories to cherish!
Jumps of up to 8m/25ft but don’t worry, the big jumps all have walk-arounds if you don’t feel comfortable with the heights.
When there are less than 12 people, this tour is guided by minivan.
Pick up: depends on hotel and area, cabarete (7:45 AM), sosua (8:00 AM), playa dorada (8:40 AM), iberostar costa dorada (9:00 AM), cofresi (9:20 AM), riu Hotels (9:30 AM) we return from 4 to 4:30 pm.

The waterfalls were cool but we did not do the jeep safari at all! So we got 1/2 what we paid for and put in for a 50% refund.

We went on the tour and everything was amazing our tour guide was so nice and it was fun. We paid extra so that we could do the Jeep Safari and it never happened. We could have paid a lot less and done the same tour that we received. Very frustrating.

It was a great experience, the hike was pretty easy and the falls were beautiful. The workers at the falls were great too!
The advertised experience is not what you get. "Jeep Safari" yeah that's nonexistent. 6.5 hour duration? It was four. We still had a great time but were not happy that we chose a more expensive excursion only to receive the same experience as a cheaper option.

This was such an amazing experience that you can’t miss if you are traveling to Puerto Plata! I am especially grateful for our driver who was very nice and informative. As a solo traveler the entire experience felt safe and I had a great time.

The waterfalls are fun but the description isn’t accurate. There is no Jeep Safari. You only get to see 6 waterfalls. The stated time on the confirmation was 7:30 and pickup begins 30 minutes before, but didn’t get picked up until 9. We originally were told we don’t get food but had to fight for food. Didn’t get a drink.

We loved the Waterfall- however, our "jeep safari" was a honda minivan with a driver who could not speak English...there were NO beverages provided (even though it states rum and water), and eith a non-English speaking driver, Jeremy was NO information provided at all...our lunch had to be fought for, as our driver forgot to give us our tickets, and when I tried to complain to the company, I was ignored, with no comment provided to our complaint

Everything was nice! Would recommend. The food was good as well. Guide is helpful. He came to pick up from airbnb. The activity was fun.

Eddy & Hector were the best. Ask for them as your guides and Paparazzi. Communication for pickup was perfect also via WhatsApp, and my driver Santiago was a very nice guy! I am a very active person (doing marathons and other competitive things) so this activity I had the time of my life. You get to swim in caverns, they have cool little slides built into the rocks, you can jump, waterfalls everywhere, truly amazing experience and will never forget it. They give you a USB of great photos and videos of you jumping swimming climbing everything. You’re really getting an awesome jungle experience here. The views of the caverns and the rest of the jungle were awe inspiring. If you’re gonna do this type of activity please choose these guys. Also they give you full buffet lunch after and the food was great. They bring you to a nice campus building with restaurant, you get your life jacket and helmet, then you take very small walk up the hill to go to the top of the waterfalls. Then after everything you come back, they have very nice clean showers, dry off, relax, have lunch, and they transport you back to your hotel. Choose these guys!!!

Great experience with Gillary Tour. Our driver Esmil/Melvin for taking us to the sight and for taking us to get a taste of young coconut, that was delicious and refreshing. Such a very great service from him.
Also Benjamin the tour operator/owner he made sure that we were okay and that everything's fine.
The hike was about 30mins both ways. So lucky that we were with small groups and since the one following us was with the cruise people which will make it more longer especially jumping and sliding thru the water. Jumping in the water was so freshing after that long hike. It was really a fun experience for us.
