Our guide Claudia was very nice but we found it difficult to hear her. Not necessarily her fault, the crowds were very loud. It was more a tour of the macabre than an actual ghost tour. I was expecting to hear more about hauntings then gruesome history.

Had a great time with the family. Our guide was really informative. She knew a lot about Venice. Not scary, lots of folklore stories, which are very interesting. Easy walk.

Good value...other reviews here seemed disappointed that there were no ghosts, but the stories and legends involve apparitions and visions...I think they were well spooky and just fine. Our guide communicated in English well and was very enthusiastic ...nobody in my group was disappointed

This was the worst tour I have ever done. The tour guide was rude to a number of people, would not repeat when people asked because they couldn’t hear, wouldn’t speak up when asked and didn’t wait for the whole group to be at the location before starting. The content was good; however, the delivery was terrible and without any enthusiasm. Tour guides need to be able to make the content come alive. The speed with which we she walked meant at times the group were almost running to keep up with her - luckily there was nobody in the tour that had mobility issues. Also the tour was advertised to be 90 minutes; however was rushed through in 70. I am not sure of the tour guides as she didn’t even bother to introduce herself. The communication sent to the tour operator for directions resulted in a rude response and the lady that issued the tickets at the meeting pint didn’t even speak to us. Very disappointing and I would suggest in what is a service industry that you improve your interactions with customers

Our guide was extremely friendly and knew some wonderful horror stories and legends. He also knew the art of always sowing a little doubt as to whether it might not be more than just a story...
The places for the horror stories were well chosen and I was able to ask lots of questions, which were answered very competently. At the end I was given a tip about where I could get books about the history of Venice and the legends. I can only recommend the tour! It was one of the best experiences of my vacation.

Cool night walking tour around emblematic places. The ghost stories were interesting ghost stories. I had some wow'es! The tour guide knows her narrative, but I missed some answers about Venice History. She speaks good English too.

A lot of walking, but, totally worth it! After seeing all the "touristy" stuff, we went back at night to see the darker side , and it was incredible. Our guide really presented the scary backstory to such a historical city.

Host was a college girl I guess with very little knowledge. And no humor in such kind of tour. It was anything but ghost tour.
