Our gondola ride was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Our singer was delightful and our condoliere was great.

Serenade was good but was a bit far back from us. Got what we paid for. Well organised. First and only place so far we were requested to give a tip. A guy stood between us and the exist and pointed to the tip box.

There was definitely no serenading (which I had paid for!) and our driver was very tired and not in the mood to take care of us. It didn’t even feel like it was 30 minutes. We went at 6:30pm and I think they were just done for the day.

It was not a personal serenade. We could barely hear or see the guy the entire time. It’s more of a group of gondolas and one singer.

Amazing. Bit chaotic at the start but otherwise it was great. Singer was excellent.

It was ok. We didn’t go solo with our gondola but we were a part of a larger group. Our family was in our own gondola but we followed very closely to 5+ other boats. Literally went in a circle of canals and we were done. Very anticlimactic. Our rider never talked

Absolutely amazing!! My husband and I had the most magically time! There were about 6 gondolas in our group and we were lucky enough to have the singer and musical accompaniment on our gondola with just us. It truly felt like a moment from a movie. This was also the only group of gondolas I seen all day that had singing onboard. Definitely a must do!

We booked the 6:30 serenade gondola ride, our gondolier, Ricardo did not participate in the serenade at all and was on his phone during our ride. There was another gondola with an accordion player and a separate gondola with a singer we were in a bunch at the start but as we proceeded single file through the canal we lost the the serenade experience.

I wouldn’t go from this location. Find a different group located in the inner canals. This group seemed rushed to get you back.

I have never had an experience that was such a waste of money. Our gondolier was surly and the gondola trip lasted only 12 minutes although advertised as a 30 minute trip.
We were a group of 6 in two gondolas and none of us enjoyed this tour.
