We paid for the entire service. For $300 all we got was a water taxi. We were supposed to be met and taken all the way to our hotel. Instead I had to search for my name and the lady was alone with three names. She couldn’t leave, so we were sent down to the water to literally stand there and wait for a water taxi. There was absolutely no service. Next time, we will take a water taxi on our own and probably save $200. I am not happy with this at all. We did not get what we paid for.

Pick up location is NOT where it’s says. Had to ask around after waiting for 40 minutes, then had to walk 5 minutes to the boat ramp to find where to go. Awful experience after a 8hoyr flight.

Great way to transfer to our hotel. My only comment is that it was confusing as to where to find the contact point at the Venice airport. After we found that meeting point the actual transfer was great.

There was no one there to meet us at the airport for what was supposed to be a private boat ride for 6 people.
We had to find the boat dock ourselves and when we arrived we could not find anyone to give us the information regarding how to get a board to Venice.

If you have never been to Venice this is a good service. They met us at the exit to baggage pickup and took us to the water taxi. They provided a map to our hotel for when we arrived in Venice. Should have worked well as the hotel was a short walk from the water taxi drop off point. Unfortunately there was a canal bridge just short of the hotel and the bridge had steps which were difficult to negotiate with luggage. We ultimately made it but it was not a optimal experience. Would have been better if the porter service which is available at the water taxi drop point had been mentioned or even better arranged for as part of the service
