This was totally unexpected. Never imagined we would be riding the waves to the airport. Everything was so coordinated, from pick up to the check in. The representative was exceptional. Kudos to Viator!

Five of us were staying in the city and we booked this transportation to take us to the airport for a Wednesday morning flight back to the US. Our hotel in Venice did not have any place for the tour operator to pick us up either by car or boat. We asked the tour operator for several days to please provide us the pick up time and location, but they failed to. The night before the flight, they contacted us and advised that they would pick us up at the same time we should’ve been arriving at the airport (and it’s an hour transit). Unacceptable because this placed us in jeopardy of missing our flight. Highly concerned about the lack of timely and clear communication, we made last minute alternative arrangements and called Viator to cancel, but they are refusing to refund our money. Stay away!

From the the time we booked this communication was not great. Left it since they finally responded with our meet time delta change our flight multiple times and I messaged and called multiple time also had the hotel call for me as well with no answer and no response to email we ended up paying for this airport transfer that we never used and had to pay for a taxi to as well that was half the price of this transfer that the hotel booked for us
I have pictures of the messages I sent with no response back if proof is needed. If they do airport transfers they should know plane flights change (mine was canceled completely and we had to rebook the same day)

Tried calling the operator multiple times to confirm pick up from hotel and could not reach a person or voicemail.
Wrong airline was linked to our reservation. Was not able to reach someone to cancel or reschedule. At the last minute, had to arrange new transportation.

The personnel, starting with your agent, Carlotta, were very helpful. She was prompt in arriving to meet us at the pickup point and facilitated our connection with the water taxi. They all were gracious in helping us board and get out at VCE.
