From the airport to Venice, we were dropped three bridges too far from our destination.
To the airport, we were to be picked up at the hotel. Just 25 hours before departure this was adjusted to a far away location and confirmed to the hotel, in stead of to us. So we passed the 24 hour limited to cancel this trip. Very tactical and wrong.
At the hotel we ordered a private boat and split the bill with another couple.
TIP: ask your hotel for other people to join and be as cheap as Viator, but far more reliable.

The pickup time was set to be a bit earlier than we would have liked and we arrived at the airport three hours before our check in. With that said, we woud have needed to leave even earlier using the other transfer options. Everything went very smoothly, the taxi arrived at the dock close to our hotel, it was a good end to the visit.

Easy pick up & drop off at airport Hassle free..expensive but takes out the worry of finding bus/water taxi and was near to our accommodation.

This was a great way to get to and from airport to Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel. Boat took us right to hotel and staff was there to help us unload. When we arrived at hotel it was easy to find check in desk and we waited a short time for our transfer. The price is very reasonable and well worth it.

Easy to book and generally not kept informed about status. The pickup point was a little troublesome, just due to the amount of boats trying to use the jetties. But generally very good.

Water taxi sent hotel notice of my pick up time the day before. Service was on time (actually early) and got us to the airport promptly. Service saves significant money over private water taxi.

They were late picking us up. We were cramped in the boat. 10 people plus 20 suitcases. They dropped us off at a locked dock. We had to throw our luggage over a metal fence and try to climb over.
