6/26/24 Disappointed:::::. If you plan to go snorkeling during this adventure please know that you are required to swim 40 minutes uninterrupted and you cannot return to the boat until the instructor requests the boat return . Unlike other adventure I’ve been on in other countries this boat did not dock and traveled around the ocean while you are snorkeling. I and a few others did not participate in this portion of this activity as no one informed us of this until we made it to our destination. One father who was a certified swim instructor found the event to be poorly organized and unsafe. Participate at your own risk.
Additionally there was a young lady who was taking photos of everyone however she never provided me with a copy to view for purchase.
The best part of the trip was sailing back to shore in the beautiful turquoise waters. The overall event was not worth the price.

We had a fun day out on the catamaran. We enjoyed sailing, snorkeling, an open bar & yummy sandwiches. The real star of this excursion was LILY, our "cruise director", she made this experience ! She ensured everyone was safe, made sure there was never an empty glass, she sang, danced, lead cheers, celebrated birthdays & poured tequila shots directly into willing mouthes. Lily is beyond kind, we LOVE her ! Lily's whole team was helpful, kind and attentive. Don't miss this if you're in Cancun.

We had a wonderful day sailing with Cancun Sailing on March 12,2024. From the reservation agent, Sofia, to the check-in agents, to the wonderful crew, everything was amazing. We booked a private boat as we had a group of 38 people. The snorkeling was a good time, and from there the party began. The drinks were flowing all day, the food that we ordered on board was great, we were allowed to play our own music through their BT system, and the crew was awesome. Isla Mujeres was a lot of fun also. I highly recommend this company for your Cancun excursions.

We chartered a private tour for four people. Experience was amazing. The crew were wonderful and attentive to our needs. We were able to change up things based on our preferences. More than anything it was relaxing, having just us on the boat we would go by boats with 25-40 people on them and ours looked so much more relaxing. The cost of the private charter was about three times that of paying for all four of us. But worth every dime. We went snorkeling, to the island for lunch, and then sailed Isla Mujeres towards Cancun. If you have a decent size group, consider a private charter. It will be a memorable experience.

The catamaran was clearly overbooked and there was not enough seating for the passengers. Many had to stand or had to sit in the netting. The sailing was not halted due to bad weather. Many who got dry after the seaweed filled stinky isla mojeres beaches got drenched from the torrential cold windy rain storm that we couldn't escape as there was not enough room under cover. Kids were scared, crying, cold and hungry as the buffet was absolute garbage. Beans and rice with tortilla chips was their best options.. save your time and money. Go to something on the mainland.
