The bus operator uses different name online as key tours but the bus apparently is Swiss Tour. Very disappointed with this company’s operation blaming us for being late and or no show when we were at the bus station at 8:30 am with a 9 am start time as printed in our confirmation. Both Viator and the operator are not taking responsibility. We waited until 9:36 am and bus never showed up and found out the next day that they apparently start at 8am!!! It was not noted in our confirmation email
that it starts at 8am. We felt scammed!!!!
